About Rose
Rose Arizmendi is an artist living in Northern California with her husband and their dog Rupert. Creativity is a very important part of her life. She says, “when she is not able to express herself through art, she feels drained, edgy and numb.” Artistic inspiration and creative expression are as important to her as water to a fish, these are the elements she swims in.
Through out the years she has continued working in many areas of art including painting, sculpting, collage, mixed media, ceramics, photography and jewelry making. Today, her work is primarily digital utilizing a variety of digital painting techniques. Her art work is inspired by nature, mythology and the feminine divine.
