I love the color!<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.rosearizmendi.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2008\/09\/netipot1.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-605\" title=\"netipot\" src=\"http:\/\/www.rosearizmendi.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2008\/09\/netipot11.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"323\" height=\"235\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.rosearizmendi.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2008\/09\/netipot11.jpg 323w, https:\/\/www.rosearizmendi.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2008\/09\/netipot11-300x218.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 323px) 100vw, 323px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Neti Pot<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><strong>Here is a recipe for a Nasal Sinus Wash.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>3 heaping teaspoons of pickling or canning salt.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">Do not use regular table salt!<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p>1 rounded teaspoon baking soda.<\/p>\n<p>Mix and store <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Dry<\/span><\/span> in a separate sealed container.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">********************************************************<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Add 1\/2 teaspoon of the salt-soda mixture to 1\/2 cup lukewarm distilled or filtered water.
