It was inspired by the  mandala exercises I&#8217;ve been doing from <a href=\"http:\/\/www.amazon.com\/Mandala-Healing-Kit-Spiritual-Emotional\/dp\/1591793769\" target=\"_blank\">&#8220;The Mandala Healing Kit&#8221;,\u00a0 by Judith Cornell, Ph.D<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>After doing the exercises in the workbook, I decided to make a mandala on watercolor paper\u00a0 using acrylics, watercolor and ink.
