I found this Minoan Snake Goddess pendant during one of my Jewelry Faire excursions. I fell in love with it instantly and the seller only had four of of these little treasures left so I purchased them all. They stayed nestled in one of my bead boxes for about 10 years.

The Pendant is hand painted with ceramic glazes and has a really nice feel to it. The Rosary beads are hand wrapped with Copper Wire ~ featuring Green Serpentine and Lava Rock beads. A beautiful hand carved wooden spiral along with one tiny handmade clay bead and a carved seed bead add the finishing touches to this unique Rosary. There are slight imperfections on the back of the pendant which is normal when firing a piece such as this and it only adds to the beauty of the piece.

Serpentine Gemstone Beads  ~ Serpentine gets its name from the word ‘serpent’ because it resembles the skin of a snake. The stone enhances meditation and our connection to the Divine. It is also believed to act as a protector of the soul and capable of eliminating negative energy.
